Verizon Fios Survey

Dear Neighbors,

We’re reaching out to ask for your support in completing a brief Google Form survey at your earliest convenience regarding Verizon Fios installation on our block. If you are a tenant, kindly forward the survey link to your landlord or homeowner.

Verizon is citing a lack of homeowner cooperation as the main reason for not moving forward with Fios installation -- yet our records tell a different story. It appears Verizon is using one or two hard refusals as justification to withhold service from the entire block, rather than pursuing an engineering solution that would simply bypass properties that do not wish to participate. 

To help us escalate this issue, we need to verify our records. Please take a moment to complete the survey, whether you approve or disapprove of Verizon installing Fios on your property. Your participation is important, and the survey allows you to respond anonymously if you prefer. Every response helps us advocate for better service on our block.
