ROKC restaurant reopening with new menu

Local ramen and cocktail rockstar ROKC has reopened for takeout and delivery service. Located at Broadway and W 141st St, the restaurant has added new rice bowls to its menu. It also offers cocktails for to-go service in a bottle.
